What does this include?
INDIVIDUALISED TRAINING PROGRAM
Depending on your goal your training will run from 6 to 8 week blocks.
We will focus on improving your weaknesses, perfect your technique and making sure you learn how to create mind-muscle connection during your training. The program includes an individualised warm up protocol.
CUSTOMISED NUTRITION PLAN
Based on scientific principles we will control your nutrition making sure it's flexible, it fits into your lifestyle and it's enjoyable.
Every week we will check your progress through emails with your personal feedback (you will be asked to log all your data) or in video/vlog style. Your coach will then send you feedback with specific changes for the following week.
SUPPORT THROUGH #TEAMBEEMPOWERED PRIVATE FACEBOOK GROUP AND EMAIL LIST
