Sometimes water cut strategies can be very aggressive.
I've decided to create this file to help lifters making weight without stress.
The file includes two approaches:
The first approach is for beginners or lifters who don't need to drop much weight (approximately 1.5 kilo).
The second approach is for more advanced lifters. It's not aggressive but it includes more macronutrients manipulations to make weight without dropping too many carbs, perform well and maintain strength.
These are general guidelines and recommendations that I used myself and on my athletes successfully.
It's an easy approach to make weight without stress and perform well on the day.
